Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at 3T Products.  Please note, due to biosecurity, returns are not permitted for any reason other than defective manufacturing.  Please order carefully.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, due to defective manufacturing, we are here to help.  You have 30 calendar days to inform 3T Products of a defective item.  To be eligible for replacement, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it.
